Martial Arts Summer HAF Camp block mentored by Martial Arts Minds Matter CIC

What we'll do

During our summer camp children will take part in morning physical activities and afternoon creative sessions. Each morning session will consist of structured martial arts classes where the children will learn basic martial arts techniques, stretching and warming up effectively and stretching off accordingly after training. We will break for lunch at midday. Afternoon Sessions will consist of a mixture of fun and creative activities including team exercises and crafts to end our day.
