A summary
Immerse yourself in the exciting world of musical theatre with our week-long intensive program, designed for young performers who are eager to explore their creativity and shine on stage.
This high-energy workshop offers a comprehensive introduction to the core elements of musical theatre—singing, acting, and dancing—all within a fun, supportive environment. Throughout the week, students will be guided by experienced instructors who will help them grow in skill, confidence, and stage presence. Each day is packed with engaging rehearsals, character work, vocal training, and choreography, giving students the chance to develop as well-rounded performers.
Using well-known musicals such as Annie, Six, Wicked, Into the Woods, Lion King, Matilda, and many more as inspiration, students will explore a variety of musical theatre styles - from classic to contemporary - and learn how different shows bring stories to life through music, movement, and emotion. These productions provide a rich foundation for learning, encouraging students to take creative risks and express themselves in new ways. By drawing from a diverse range of shows, the program ensures that students experience the full spectrum of musical theatre, from heartfelt ballads to energetic ensemble numbers.
Over the course of the week, students will collaborate to create a lively and entertaining final performance, showcasing the skills and material they’ve been working on. This end-of-week show is a celebration of their hard work and growth, giving family and friends the chance to see the magic unfold on stage. Whether your child is stepping into the world of theatre for the first time or looking to deepen their experience, this intensive is the perfect place to build technique, gain confidence, and make lasting friendships. It’s more than just rehearsing lines and learning steps - it’s about discovering the joy of performance, the power of storytelling, and the thrill of live theatre.
Join us for a week of inspiration, imagination, and applause, and let your performer take center stage in a musical adventure they’ll never forget.
