What we'll do
Manor Twiglets Holiday club provide fund and engaging activities for children aged 4 to 11 years, using the current curriculum to cover all ages of development. Our team of highly trained and passionate early years educators with provide opportunities for children to learn through play, explore the world around them and learn new skills. Children will be supported to create new friendships, build their self-confidence and encouraged to engage in new experiences whilst creating some amazing memories. Some of our past themed weeks include: All around the world, learning about different cultures, making and trying food from different countries, discussing flags and languages. Movie week, choosing favourite movies from that time to role play. Creative week, including slime making, bracelet making, decorating secret stones. Specific play themes including dinosaurs, Harry Potter and Pokemon. Plus, continuous fun activities such as baking, outdoor play, den building, team games and creating shows/performances. All the children at Manor Twiglets Holiday Club are given the opportunity to thrive, with our knowledgeable team adapting resources and activities to suit all needs and interests.

Summer 2025
During our Summer 2025 Holiday Club we will be running various themed days for our HAF sessions, some of these themed days will include: Forest School - Including wood working, playing on our rope swing, zip line and den building. Sports Day- Range of sporting activities including football, cricket, tennis, running races, egg and spoon races and much more. Great British Bake off- The children will have a range of ingredients to cook and bake some tasty treats for them to try during the session and to take home. Science Day - lots of exciting experiments for the children to conduct. Circus Skills Day - Learning new skills such as juggling, plate spinning, diabolo and much more. We also plan to have some external companies come in to visit us to run workshops. For the first day of the summer holidays on Wednesday 23rd July we will be holding an Introduction to Performance Workshop which will be run by Matthew Dye. Matthew is an experienced actor and director who has worked across theatre film and commercials throughout the UK. With a passion for both professional performance and youth development, he has collaborated with industry professionals as well as young people at all stages of their creative journey. In this workshop, Matthew will be introducing students to the foundations of performance through improvisation, drama, games and team- building exercises designed to spark creativity and build confidence. We will be updating the listing details as and when bookings are confirmed, so please do check back regularly. We will provide all children with a morning and afternoon snack with water and milk available all day. Plus a hot dinner from our provider Zebedees who are able to cater for any dietary requirements. The children spend alot of their time outside, please could you ensure your children bring waterproofs, sun hats, sun tan lotion, water bottle and a spare change of clothes is advisable.
