A summary
Hi, my name is Amanda and I am a qualified lecturer in hospitality. I am pleased to announce that here at Team Oasis we are launching two days per week cooking sessions. Currently, I will be delivering my Wednesday sessions for independent living skills to adults with learning difficulties. Including demonstration/practical, food hygiene/menu planning. If you would like to join our team then please comment feel free to apply! This course aims to take a small group (3) of young adults with disabilities and teach them life skills with food preparation and theory, with the aims of practical life skill development.
