Christmas is a time to come together and to be creative. There is nothing better than spending a cosy evening with friends old and new, enjoying a drink and a festive treat and learning a new skill while making something beautiful for your home or as a gift.
Alison from The Oast Bakery will provide us with delicious warm spiced punch and her famous mince pies, while we get down to business and learn the basic knots used to make a straight and twisted strands. From here we will create a 4 strand plant hanger adding beads as decoration.

I have always believed in the value of learning with our hands. More and more, we live in a world where anything and everything can be obtained at the touch of a button or the swipe of a screen, but this lacks the essential human connection and results in our increasing disconnection from the material world.
