Children aged 5–12 will enjoy a wide range of fun, creative, and active activities designed to build skills, confidence, and memories: Pizza Masterclass & Cupcake Making – hands-on cooking fun Seed Bomb Crafting – get creative and help the planet Capoeira Sessions – energetic classes with Capoeira for All CIC Art & Crafts – guided sessions with local artists Outdoor Play & Games – including giant Connect 4 and group challenges Nature Exploration – discover St Michael’s Woods Magic Tree Adventure – a fun local outing Picnics & Painting – relax, create, and connect with friends Every activity is designed to inspire creativity, teamwork, and outdoor adventure in a safe, screen-free environment, giving children the chance to learn, play, and make lasting memories.

Food & Nutrition Children will: • Learn where food comes from • Try new foods (fruit, seeds, vegetables) • Understand what makes a balanced meal • Build confidence in preparing simple meals 2. Cooking Skills Children will: • Follow simple recipes • Learn basic kitchen skills (mixing, chopping, assembling) • Understand food hygiene and safety • Gain independence in making food 3. Physical Health & Movement Children will: • Take part in daily physical activity • Improve coordination and balance (Capoeira & games) • Build positive attitudes towards movement and exercise 4. Social Skills & Confidence Children will: • Work together in teams (pizza, treasure hunt, games) • Build friendships • Take turns and share • Express themselves confidently 5.
