Little Treasures

Little Treasures puts your child at the centre of everything we do. At the start of each session our staff consult with the children to create a big book of ideas, giving children the choice and freedom to take part in exciting and rich and fun learning activities both indoors and outdoors.
Activities on offer include preparing a healthy meal or snack which children can then sit with friends and sample. The recipes are then available for then to take home to share with their parents.
We welcome regular visitors into the setting such as, Wolfie, British Sign Language, the library service, and the fire service giving children the opportunity to talk to and meet inspirational people and services.

We are excited to be running our Summer HAF programme, offering fun and engaging activities for children. Our sessions are designed to keep children active, creative and learning while enjoying time with friends during holidays. throughout the Summer, children will be taking part in a variety of exciting activities including:

-Healthy Eating Activities: We will be encouraging the children to make their own fruit and veg kebabs/fruit and veg animals, giving them the opportunity to explore, prepare and taste a range of different fruits and vegetables, helping to develop positive attitudes towards healthy eating and broadening their food experiences.

-Science Exploration Boxes: We will also be using our science exploration boxes, giving children the chance to investigate, experiment and discover through fun science activities designed to spark curiosity and creativity.

- Outdoor Activities: Children will enjoy a wide range of outdoor activities, including active games, team challenges and physical play.

Alongside these activities, children will enjoy a range of games, creative crafts and social activities throughout the week in a safe and supportive environment.
