...SPACE have teamed up with Wriggly Wellness to deliver the Little Hippy Holiday Club. The programme has been designed to engage children and families in wellbeing and mental health in a fun and exciting way. Through daily activities including yoga practice, meditation, journalling, mindful crafts, games and cooking, we give children vital skills to build their mental health resilience and learn skills that will keep them mentally well for life. Our programme also fosters social skills such as friendship, community and kindness and we give participants opportunities to explore the benefits of these through everything we deliver. We will explore the season of Summer over the four days and include craft activities and themes of growth and positivity to engage the participants in mindfulness practices in a fun way.
