A summary
Join us at Little Acorns Forest School for some outdoor adventures! Suitable for pre-school aged children (toddling-age up to 4 years) and their accompanying adult. Very young siblings (babes in arms) attend free along with a paid child ticket. Request for payments of younger siblings may be made at the Forest Leader's discretion. If you have twins (or more) please contact me for alternative pricing structures. Led by a qualified teacher and Level 3 Forest School Leader trainee, the sessions aim to create community and a sense of nature-connectedness for both the children and accompanying adults. Within our session we will usually have a campfire; share food and drink; have opportunities to participate in imaginative play, nature-based crafts and activities; meet other carers and children. A small snack will be provided along with some hot chocolate or squash. There is a toilet on-site, baby change facilities and it is breast-feeding friendly (with the option to feed inside if preferred - as tree stumps are not always the most supportive). There is accessible parking for those that require it - there are many free places to park on the surrounding roads and it is only a 5 minute walk from the town-centre.
