LFL Sharing the Care
Lifelong Family Links provides services for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Our aim is to ensure our users enjoy a satisfying individual and family life, engaging with, and contributing, to their local community. Focusing on life and social skills, we help participants achieve their full potential, including accessing voluntary and paid employment. Our activities include after school and Saturday clubs and holiday playschemes, with specialist workshops, including music therapy, IT skills, sports, arts and creative play. We provide assisted transport and support and training to parents/carers.
