Sessions will vary depending on the season, weather and interest of the group. Typically sessions will include a welcome, introduction to our theme (e.g. woodpecker, bluebell, rain, etc.), plenty of play and exploration. About your mentor
Greenwood Growth CIC
Immerse, discover, connect in nature.
We work in community woodland offering compassionate support to people focused on connection to self, others and a belonging to the natural world. Over half the population lives within six miles of a forest or small woodland and we think most people don’t visit them at all, or just pass through. Greenwood Growth makes your local space fun, safe and inviting places to spend time. We want to get you amongst the trees to begin exploring and to feel the positive effect on health and well-being for yourself.
