A summary
Summer HAF at Lambton Street Youth & Community Hub!
This Summer, Lambton Street Youth & Community Hub will be bursting with energy, creativity, and warmth, ready to welcome children and young people for weeks of fun, learning, and unforgettable experiences. Our HAF programme is designed to keep everyone active, engaged, and smiling from the moment they arrive to the moment they head home.
Young people will dive into a brilliant mix of indoor and outdoor sports, with sessions that encourage teamwork, confidence, and movement. From fast‑paced basketball and lively football to exciting dodgeball, there’s something for every ability and interest. We’re also proud to offer professional coaching throughout the summer, including dance, basketball, and boxing, delivered by experienced coaches who know how to bring out the best in every young person. These sessions give children the chance to learn new skills, build resilience, and enjoy high‑quality activities in a safe, supportive environment.
Our craft zone will be full of summer colour and creativity, offering a calm space where young people can explore art, make something special, and express themselves. Whether it’s painting, designing, or creating something to take home, this area is always a favourite.
Food is a big part of our HAF programme, and we’re committed to keeping everyone healthy, refreshed, and fuelled for fun. Each day, children will enjoy nutritious meals, healthy snacks, and plenty of fresh fruit to keep their energy levels high. We’ll also be serving cold, fresh juice to help everyone stay cool and hydrated during busy summer sessions. Our team makes sure that every child is well looked after, with food that supports both wellbeing and enjoyment.
Most importantly, Summer HAF at Lambton Street is about connection and community. Every day is a chance to make new friends, try something new, and celebrate the season together. We create an environment where young people feel welcome, valued, and excited to return.
We can’t wait to open our doors for a summer filled with laughter, learning, and memories that last long after the holidays end.
