FUNDED PLACES
Funded places are available for young people receiving South Gloucestershire free school meals.
Children and young people from the following groups, who are not eligible for benefit-related free school meals, may also be considered and must be referred by an agency professional such as a teacher or a social worker. In the case of our activities, we can do the referral.
- Children assessed by the council as being in need, at risk or vulnerable
- Young carers
- Looked-after children or previously looked-after children
- Children with an education, health and care (EHC) plan
If you feel your child would be eligible for a free place at our activities under these guidelines then please book using the Free HAF ticket, and we will get in touch with you and make the necessary referrals if appropriate. If there are no spaces available, please email liz@krunch.org.uk.
All places are offered on a first come first serve basis.
SOUTH GLOUCESTERSHIRE YOUTH AWARD
Young people who are with us for more than 10 hours across all sessions will have the opportunity to complete the South Gloucestershire Activities Youth Award. This involves taking part in the activities and completing a small booklet. There is not much writing involved! Young people who complete the award will also be invited to a fun awards evening in February where they will be presented with their certificate.
KRUNCH REGISTRATION FORM
If your child has not been to a Krunch activity before, please complete our Krunch Registration form here: https://app.upshot.org.uk/signup/97a0e883/79769663aa36b22c/. (Note that this is separate to the Eequ registration and is not the means to book a child on to one of these activities.) If you tick the box to allow emails via Upshot, you will be among the first to hear about new activities as they become available.
