KOOSA Kids are excited to offer fully funded holiday club activity days and a hot lunch, as part of the connect4communities Holiday Activities & Food Programme KOOSA Kids holiday club activity day covers a full standard day, from 10.00am - 4.00pm. With our exciting weekly themed activity programme, up to 9 activities each day, KOOSA Kids Holiday Clubs are the place to be for unlimited FUN! Activities will include go karts, sports, arts & crafts, team games, drama, science & nature games and much more! Adventure Awaits at KOOSA Kids Summer Holiday Clubs! - w/c 27th July: Marvellous Minibeasts - w/c 3rd August: Heroes Who Help Us - w/c 10th August: Dawn of the Dinosaurs - w/c 17th August: Fantasy Fairytales Summer Special Activity Days: On Wednesdays throughout the summer holidays, our normal programme is put on hold, with the afternoon devoted to games and activities based on one of our Wicked Wednesday themes. Art Attack: Art Attack is guaranteed to stimulate the creative senses of every child. Yes, the messier the better! With buckets, sponges, hands & feet all being used to create giant masterpieces (Please note, old clothes & shoes recommended or bring spares, as clothing & shoes are likely to get paint stained.) Treasure Island: Ahoy me hearties, It's a great day for finding treasure! Children can come dressed as a pirate, mermaid or sea creature ready for a day of swashbuckling adventures! Activities include a treasure hunt, cannon ball water balloons and playing Jaws! KOOSA Olympics: KOOSA Olympics offers your child the chance to become a world beating 'Olympian' for the day! An action packed session, each child will have the opportunity to take part in Hammer Throwing, Discus, Baton Relay, Javelin, Hurdles & Long Jump. Fun at the Fair: Back by popular demand, Fun at the Fair will take your child on a journey around their favourite fairground stalls. Can they complete 'Tin Can Alley', will they beat the 'Anticipation Station', who will 'Hook the most Ducks'? Wicked Wednesday Summer Schedule KOOSA Kids Holiday Club at Portway Infant School, Andover: - Wednesday 29th July - Fun at the Fair - Wednesday 5th August - KOOSA Olympics - Wednesday 12th August - Treasure Island - Wednesday 19th August - Art Attack Wet 'n' Wild Cool down in the Summer Heat with a fun packed afternoon filled with water battles, water games and a slippery, super fast water slide! Bring water toys, a towel and a change of clothes for your child (incluidng shoes & underwear). We aim to run as many Wet 'n' Wild sessions as possible, weather dependent. **As Wet 'n' Wild sessions are weather dependent, dates will be released on a week-by-week basis. Please check www.koosakids.co.uk or www.facebook.com/koosakids for latest details** Fully Ofsted registered, the fully funded (and fun-packed) holiday provision will include a healthy, hot lunch & enriching activities; eligible for children aged 4-13. Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a booking confirmation directly from KOOSA Kids, detailing the session dates booked along with all your need-to-know information to ensure your child has the best day possible with us. We are an inclusive holiday club with a safe and secure site. At the point of booking, please inform us of any additional or support needs or disabilities, so we can do our best to support your child whilst they are in our care. e.g. hearing impairment, ADHD, autism, mental health needs. Unfortunately we are unable to provide 1-1 support for children. If your child is no longer able to attend their booked holiday club session, please contact us at least 48 hours before the date they are booked on so we can cancel their space and offer it to another child on our waiting list. At KOOSA Kids we understand that every child has different interests which is clearly reflected in our dynamic range of over 350 activities. To enable your child to get the most out of their day with us, we offer up to 9 structured activities each day, 4 each from the Discovery & Endeavour Zones, an organised play session after lunch, just like at school, KOOSA Science on Mondays and children can join us in their favourite fancy dress outfits for Fantastic Fridays! How will my child be looked after? Children are grouped by their school year: Krazy K's (EYFS) - For our youngest age group, the emphasis is on fun and play in a caring and safe environment. Kool K's (Year 1 to Year 3) - Action, exitement & discovery await every Kool K with a programme of activity that helps them develop their growing sense of interest in everything around them. King K's (Year 4 to Year 8) - For our King K's, all the fun & excitement of the Kool K's is retained but within an environment that encourages independence and individuality.
