Medication & Phones
Medication:
You can sign in any prescribed medication required by the attendee. This MUST be in the original packaging with the child's name and dosage on the box.
Phones & Valuables:
Phones will be held by Infinite Sport for the duration of the day and returned at the end of each day. For safeguarding we do not allow ANY attendees to have phones on them at the camps.
Groups:
At registration attendees will be put into coloured sports bibs to indicate their group for the day. This helps not only their group leaders but the Knockhatch staff identify who is with the camps. It will also clearly highlight to the coaches which children can not be in pictures that will be taken during the camps.
All groups will meet at our designated meeting point to walk back to the lodge in time for collection at 3pm.
*Adverse Weather - All skiing activities are better when its wet as the dry slopes perform quicker in the rain. Where sports can not take part we have a host of alternative activities for attendees to take part in. The Adventure park activities will also be adapted for such days
Lunch
Following a morning at the Ski Lodge participating in open skiing lesson, tubing and optional sports sessions, all attendees will be served a healthy lunch.
Food will be ordered in accordance with the dietary requirements you have stated in your registration. We do not allow packed lunches, sweets, cakes, chocolates or NUTS on site. Children can bring healthy snacks, fruit and vegetables should they so wish.
After lunch we head to the Adventure Park in or small groups and complete a carousel of as many activities as we can.
