A summary
Dive into the adventure of a lifetime with the Lagoon Watersports Kids' Activity Day! Join us for a fun water sports taster and try some new activities. Featuring everything from windsurfing, sailing, and kayaking, to paddleboarding, and exciting team challenges. Give your child an amazing summer experience on the water that they won't forget! Kids will: - Try new activities - Have a great time together - Get wet - it is half the fun! - Have an adventure All equipment and instruction provided. We want lots of people to benefit from this offer. As the days are repeated, we have limited each eligible participant to two HAF places each.

We are the leading provider of water sports in Sussex and are dedicated to bringing more people into water sports and the outdoors. Providing an inclusive, welcoming place that provides excellent experiences in outdoor activities in Brighton and Hove.
What to bring?
What to bring - Swimwear: To wear under the wetsuit and impact vests or buoyancy aids which are provided. - Towel: We have hot showers so they will need a towel to dry off at the end of the session. - Bag: To put wet things in. - Other stuff: Suitable clothing for the weather on the day, including layers in case the wind gets up (anorak or waterproof jacket). Sunscreen. What not to bring - Valuables. We have free lockers in the changing rooms but better safe than sorry.

HAF Conditions
A few terms & conditions from Brighton & Hove City Council: • Eligibility criteria – Brighton & Hove HAF funded places are for children and young people in reception to year 11 who receive benefits-related free school meals. • Limits on bookings – Over Summer, Eequ will permit each eligible participant to be booked on to 16 HAF places across all providers in the city. If a session is not attended, HAF places cannot be added back on to an individual’s allocation, regardless of reason. It is therefore important that sessions are cancelled before the activity starts, and ideally giving a minimum of a few days’ notice where possible to allow other children to benefit. Bookings can be managed by the Booker by logging into Eequ and reviewing their Schedule.
