This listing is for one hour hire of the Kayak size you choose.
The standard Kayak is suitable for children from about 7 upwards to adults.
The double Kayak is suitable for two children over 7 years, two adults or an adult and a child
The child Kayak is suitable for children from approx 4 - 7 years. (parent's discretion)
We have cold drinks and snacks available.

Terms and Conditions
A responsible adult must supervise children at all times, and that you take full responsibility for your children. The management cannot be liable for any injury, howsoever caused.
Please note that we do not offer tuition. Paddleboards and kayaks are supplied on a hire-only basis.
You take full responsibility for any accidents or losses during your stay.
The management cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage howsoever caused to personal property left unattended on our premises.
Vehicles and their contents are left on our premises at the owner's risk. Management does not accept responsibility whatsoever for any loss or damage to vehicles or their contents.
By booking you accept that any loss/damage to our equipment whilst in your use will be your responsibility and you will cover the cost of damage.

Ashdown Forest Leisure is a stunning lake retreat in Nutley, Uckfield. Water activities are a fun way to get active and enjoy some time in the great outdoors. At Ashdown Forest Leisure, you can choose from kayaking, paddle boarding and even going out in a rowing boat. We are child friendly, making us an ideal family day out! For the times that the adults are not present on the waters with their children, we will have a lifeguard on duty, ensuring everybody is safe at all times.
