A summary
Our Graphic Design & Digital Illustration Summer Bootcamp is designed for young creatives who love drawing, making, designing, and bringing ideas to life. Over two exciting weeks, students will explore the world of graphic design and digital illustration through hands-on projects, creative challenges, and practical workshops in a fun and supportive studio environment. Participants will discover how designers and illustrators use images, colour, typography, and storytelling to communicate ideas. They will experiment with branding, poster design, character creation, digital illustration, editorial design, and creative problem-solving while learning new techniques and developing their own unique style. Working alongside experienced designers, artists, and creative professionals, students will gain confidence in expressing their ideas, learn how creative projects are developed from concept to final outcome, and explore a range of traditional and digital design processes. The programme encourages curiosity, experimentation, and imagination. Students are supported to take creative risks, try new approaches, and build skills that can be applied across art, design, technology, and future creative pursuits. Whether you enjoy drawing, creating digital artwork, designing posters, inventing characters, or simply want to explore your creativity during the summer, this bootcamp offers an inspiring opportunity to learn new skills, make friends, and create exciting projects. • • • Why IDEA Futures Every young person learns differently.
