A summary

At our Easter Holiday Camp, children will take part in football, athletics and dodgeball, enjoying a variety of fun and active sessions each day. We create a positive and supportive environment where every child feels included, valued and encouraged to step outside their comfort zone. Alongside sport, we focus on helping children build confidence in all environments; whether that’s speaking up, working in a team or trying something new. They’ll make new friends, develop leadership skills and learn about the journeys of professional footballers, understanding how confidence, resilience and self-belief helped them succeed. Our camp is about more than sport — it’s about growing as a person while having an unforgettable, fun-filled holiday experience.

After our holiday camps, the journey doesn’t stop. We offer weekly group training sessions where players can continue developing their technical skills in a fun and structured environment, as well as 1-to-1 sessions with our FA Qualified coaches for personalised development. Players can also trial for our U6–U9 teams, competing in some of the most competitive Saturday leagues. All age groups have the opportunity to progress into our Showcase Academy, where they face professional academies and gain real exposure. Once you’re part of the JOAP family, you’re with us for the long term.

JOAP LTD

Building confident kids on and off pitch

JOAP LTD

JOAP (The Journey Of A Pro) is a player-focused football organisation dedicated to helping every child grow into the best version of themselves — on and off the pitch. Our energetic and passionate coaches come from strong playing backgrounds, ranging from professional and academy football to non-league level, bringing real experience, enthusiasm and positivity to every session. We understand that every child’s journey is different, and not every young person dreams of becoming a professional footballer — which is why our holiday camps focus on building confidence, character, joy, resilience and leadership in a fun, supportive and inclusive environment for players of all abilities. For those who do aspire to play at a higher level, we also provide a genuine pathway through our showcase teams, giving players opportunities to compete against professional academies and be scouted. In 2025, players from our different programmes have signed with Reading FC, Oxford United and Stevenage FC — highlighting the quality of development and opportunity within JOAP. At JOAP, whether a child simply loves the game or dreams big, we create an environment where everyone feels valued, supported and inspired.
