A summary

Join me for an hour and a half of fun with chocolate where you'll learn about the nutritional benefits of eating cacao in its raw state, sweetened only with low glycemic coconut sugar and using only organic ingredients. You'll get a chance to make your own bespoke batch of bars and bon bons with many beautiful plant based additions.
Not suitable for children with nut allergies.

I have been working with cacao for a decade. Making raw, 'unroasted' chocolates and teaching workshops since 2009. I'm constantly on a quest to discover new ingredients and techniques and have a deep interest in nutrition and holistic health.

Learning aims

Aim 1

To understand where 'chocolate' comes from and how it is made.

Aim 2

Children will come home with their own batch of chocolates that they have poured, moulded & decorated.
