Children should wear suitable outdoor clothing that they don’t mind getting dirty, including sturdy footwear. Weather-appropriate layers are important as sessions take place outdoors in all conditions. What age group is this suitable for? Activities are adapted to suit the age and ability of the children attending, ensuring everyone can take part safely and confidently. The age for these sessions is 11 plus.
