A summary

Each day at our holiday camp, children will enjoy fun games designed to help them make new friends and feel part of the group. They’ll learn exciting new skills in both gymnastics and trampoline, with plenty of time to explore each activity. Campers are split into age-appropriate groups to ensure everyone is challenged and supported at the right level. If any gymnast feels tired or needs a break, they’re welcome to relax and unwind in our open colouring corner, available throughout the day. It’s the perfect mix of active fun, learning, and creativity! Our daily timetable will be as follows: 9:30-9:45: (15 minutes) – welcome, games, ice breakers, warm up 9:45-11am (1 hr 15 minutes) – Trampoline / Gymnastics 11-11:10 - 10 minute break 11:10-12:25 (1 hr 15 minutes) – Gymnastics / Trampoline 12:25-12:55 (30 minutes) lunch 20 minutes – Arts and Crafts Free play till end of day & dismissal

Gymnastics: Every will get to try Bars, Beam Floor and Vaults. Learning the fundamentals on each apparatus

Aim 2

Trampoline: Everyone will learn the beginning shapes of trampolines, if any one has done trampoline before we will move them on and teach the next level
