A summary
Our musical theatre workshops are a fun & joyful environment where young performers can learn the fundamentals of musical theatre. It's a place where imaginations soar & friendships blossom, all while working towards performances!! Singing age-appropriate songs from popular musicals. Dancing fantastic and entertaining routines. Acting through character development. Working in a team and supporting their friends. Taught by experienced industry professionals.

At UnderWired, we believe theatre is for everyone — loud, proud, and full of joy! We’re on a mission to smash down barriers (both physical and financial) so that every child in our community can experience the magic of being on stage. Our fully inclusive after-school musical theatre club runs throughout term time, giving young people a place to build confidence, make friends, and absolutely shine. Thanks to the incredible support of BBC Children in Need, we’re delighted that our club is now secured for the next three years — meaning even more opportunities for children to get involved. And summer? Well… last year we turned up the volume with two weeks of musical theatre workshops — and they were a huge hit! So this year, we’re back and ready to do it all over again… bigger, bolder, and even more fun. Expect high-energy days packed with singing, dancing, acting, laughter, and plenty of feel-good moments. Whether your child is a seasoned performer or trying it out for the very first time, there’s a place for everyone at UnderWired.

Sparking Young Imaginations!
Every day we will be singing new songs, learning new routines, acting, scriptwriting, playing games, being silly and having lots and lots of fun! Morning and afternoon snack and lunch will be provided!
