A summary
"I enjoy the friendly and accepting staff here, the activities and the adventure playground facilities. The club feels like a family, we all feel included. They make sure I feel safe and Happy" Miles (14 years old - participant)
My Tribes are after-school programs for neurodiverse people and their friends aged 6–18, providing a space where they can build friendships and community.
Based at Mint Street Adventure Playground in SE1 1QP, we invite you to just chill or play some board games, table tennis, table football or art and craft or participate in themed workshops like: art, learning to play chess, cooking, stress & anxiety management and we are open to listening to your ideas too.
From 3:30–5:15 pm, young children (ages 6-10) and teenagers (ages 11-18) join in a mixed-age session. From 5:15–6:15 pm, the program becomes a dedicated teens-only session, giving young people aged 11–18 additional time to connect with peers and participate in activities.
The mixed session gives both groups the opportunity to interact, play, and form friendships, while the later teen session focuses more on age-appropriate activities.
