The Hydro Hub offers a safe, inclusive, and fully accessible environment for all visitors. Its 12m x 6m hydrotherapy pool, heated to 34.5°C, is open to the public and suitable for all ages and abilities. The warm water provides therapeutic benefits, aiding relaxation, mobility, and pain relief. Facilities include private baby changing and feeding areas, wheelchair-accessible features, and poolside hoists. Guests can unwind with refreshments after their swim. To ensure comfort, pool sessions are recommended for 30-40 minutes.

One of the region's only hydrotherapy pools open to members of the public. Our heated pool is open to people of all ages and abilities, allowing everyone to enjoy the benefits of exercise in warm water. It is safe for non-swimmers and a great way to relieve pain, improve mobility or just relax.
