In the case of weather cancellation you will be notified by email and an additional session will be offered in its place. You will not be refunded if you cannot attend the alternative session. Cancellation due to staff illness. If staff are unable to run sessions due to illness they will endeavour to find a replacement. If this is not possible the session will be postponed and an alternative offered. You will not be refunded if you cannot attend the alternative session. Cancellation due to child illness or no longer being able to come. We are unable to offer refunds if you are unable to attend. You are very welcome to gift the sessions to a friend or family member and we will advertise it on our social media if you wish to try to sell them on but we cannot guarantee that they will be bought.
My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
