Healthy Milkshakes workshop: A fun, hands-on smoothie adventure for kids! Children become “shake scientists” as they blend tasty milkshakes using fresh milk, sweet fruits like strawberries, berries, apple and banana, plus sneaky veggies like carrot or spinach. They’ll mix in crunchy nuts, seeds, cereals and yummy natural flavours like honey or cinnamon to create magical combinations. Along the way, they discover what each ingredient does for their body and learn when to enjoy different shakes—energy-boosting breakfasts, sporty recovery drinks, or cosy healthy treats.
