A summary

A junior programme built around “everything with a bat and ball”, offering young people the opportunity to take part in squash, racquetball, pickleball, swing ball and similar racket-based activities. These sports are fun, accessible and adaptable for different ages and abilities, helping children build coordination, agility and overall fitness. Regular participation supports healthy weight management, strengthens the heart and muscles, and improves balance and reaction times. Just as importantly, bat-and-ball sports develop concentration, resilience, teamwork and social confidence. By providing a varied and engaging programme, we aim to create a positive environment where children can stay active, build friendships and develop lifelong healthy habits.
