Introducing the Hammock Healing Sound Experience – a unique journey to relaxation and rejuvenation! Imagine resting in a cozy hammock, feeling completely weightless while being enveloped in soothing sound vibrations. Our sound healing session utilizes a variety of musical instruments, including enchanting quartz crystal bowls, to create healing frequencies that resonate throughout your body. Allow yourself to be guided into a state of deep relaxation as you release stress and experience the transformative flow of sound energy. Your Well-being Co provides Holistic and Scientific based Well-being training, classes and workshops for all. Our children‘s program works in nurseries, schools and colleges. This program is designed to educate and introduce the concepts of physical, emotional and mental care. We deliver our program in over 50 schools! We also have an SEN focused program. These sessions are delivered in school, community and private settings providing classes for children and adults with additional needs and/or disabled. Our specialised corporate training and sessions are delivered in workspaces with the focus on staff well-being to encourage a healthy work environment, positive staff morale, peak productivity and performance.We deliver well-being workshops, weekly yoga classes, one to one and specialised small group bookings and corporate wellbeing packages. Welcome to Hammock Healing Sound Experience Join us for a unique and relaxing sound bath experience! As you’re comfortably suspended in a spacious cradle, you will be immersed in sound, light, and love. What to Expect Experience the healing power of sound therapy through: - Crystal bowls - Gongs - Drumming and chimes - Optional Reiki energy and gentle touch What to Bring - **Comfortable Clothing**: Wear light clothing without buttons or zips; consider removing jewellery. - **Hydration**: Bring water to stay hydrated. - **Cozy Items**: A pillow and blanket will enhance your comfort; some attendees even come in their PJs! Arrival Information - **Arrive Early**: Please arrive 10 minutes before your session to allow time for parking and settling in. The door will be locked shortly before class starts, and late arrivals will not be allowed entry. Important Policies - **Non-Refundable**: Sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable, but you may change the name on your booking if needed. - **Activity Disclaimer**: Please read and agree to our disclaimer before participating, as your involvement is at your own risk. - **Lateness Policy**: Arriving on time is crucial; late arrivals will be treated as no-shows.
