A summary
Pro Sport Coaching's HAF programme provides children with a fun, safe and engaging holiday experience centred around physical activity, healthy lifestyles and social development.
Throughout the day, children will take part in a wide range of football and multi-sport activities, including skills sessions, small-sided games, team challenges and fun competitions, all delivered by qualified, experienced coaches. Alongside sport, children will enjoy arts and crafts, creative activities, problem-solving challenges and opportunities to develop teamwork, communication and confidence.
A healthy, nutritious meal will be provided each day, with activities promoting healthy eating, hydration and positive lifestyle choices. Our programme is fully inclusive and designed to ensure every child, regardless of ability or experience, feels welcome, supported and able to participate.
The aim is to keep children active, build friendships, improve confidence and provide an enjoyable holiday experience in a safe and supportive environment.
