A summary

Halo Leisure and Herefordshire Council have come together to offer eligible families free family fun over the Holidays at Halo Leisure. You’ll hear squeals of delight as you bond as a family, build memories, get fit and have fun. WHAT YOU WILL GET: FREE Halo Leisure Membership over the Holidays (30th March - 2nd April 2026) for children and their families eligible for the HAF Scheme. Important information: The application deadline is 23:00 on the 18th March 12pm. Passes will be added to accounts between 19th-20th March - Please do not contact your local centre until you have received your confirmation email from the Eequ. *There is a cost associated with setting up a pass. Failure to attend or cancel a membership could result in future memberships being declined. *When you book a pass, this entitles you to visit any of our centres between 30th March - 2nd April. *Adult passes are for accompanying children only. *Adult memberships will be available to parents/guardians of primary aged or SEND children* Membership includes unlimited access to - Gym - Swimming - Group Exercise Classes - Racket Sports - Golf - Toning Suite - JumpINGym indoor soft play (age restrictions apply) - Outdoor Cycle Track at Hereford Leisure Centre - Fitness Activity Plan and Gym induction - Access to pre-book activities up to 7 days in advance. Pre-booking is not required but sessions are subject to availability. If you would like to secure your space pop into your local Halo centre, call us on 01432 842075 or download our free Halo Leisure App. - Our free membership pass does not include any free food or drink. Some of our centres do have a Cafe where you can purchase food & drinks from. Please send activity enquiries directly to your local Halo Centre & any eligibility enquiries direct to the HAF team.

This allows us to keep our costs low and offer outstanding value for money. Basically, when our customers spend money with us, we largely reinvest this into Halo services. So users are helping to sustain leisure activities for everyone across the county to enjoy – from pre and post natal exercise classes, babies in the ‘Swim-A-Song’ sessions, specialist exercise classes for people with MS, to toddlers at Gymnastics and to Senior group exercise classes.
