Our curriculum
Across the day, children will take part in a mixture of sports and enrichment sessions, allowing them to enjoy and experience a range of activities across the day. We deliver engaging, inclusive sports sessions that focus on building fundamental movement skills, confidence, and teamwork. Activities are adapted to suit all abilities, ensuring every child can take part and progress. Children will experience: Multi-sports (football, basketball, athletics, and more) Skill-based games that develop agility, balance, and coordination Team challenges that promote communication and resilience The aim is simple: get children moving, enjoying exercise, and building positive habits for life. Alongside sport, children take part in creative sessions that allow them to express themselves, explore imagination, and develop new skills. Activities may include: Arts and crafts projects Drawing and design Drama, role play, and creative storytelling Building and problem-solving tasks (e.g. LEGO or group challenges) This element gives children a chance to slow down, reset, and build confidence in a different way.
