What we'll do
Our programmes are interactive and engaging whilst being informative and challenging. We use sports, debates, arts and crafts and fun activities that are enriching. We encourage all participants to go park after lunch each day for fresh air and chill time, where we utilise the outdoors to have conversations to help them feel empowered and in touch with their innate wellbeing, resilience, and wisdom. What will we do? ● Wellbeing sessions using arts and crafts and games ● Mentoring ● Boxing sessions ● Provide meals

Community Connection
Alice has worked with hard to reach families for over 15 years and has lived experience and a real drive to help people reach their full potential. Giz is a qualified boxing instructor who also has lived experience and has supported families for over 10 years. He has created a ‘Boxers Tool Kit’ which is delivered in PRU’s across South West London. Both have experience in engaging people in physical activities and encouraging healthier lifestyles.
