A summary

All activities will help to develop new skills or knowledge, try new experiences and have fun and socialise by stimulating their creativity, physical activity and education. The skills and knowledge they'll gain will be beneficial to communication and collaboration skills as well as their individual mental and physical wellbeing. PLEASE NOTE: unfortunately, we have been let down (not by the previous provider) and so will not have a dance tutor for week commencing 20th August. We will still have loads of physical fun and movement activities with Nathan and Leyton though! Thank you for your understanding. An example of what a day will look like: 09:45 pick up from Sudbury bus station by minibus 10:00 - 11:00 arrival for first physical activity 11:00 - 12:00 indoor activity (or continuation of physical activity) 12:00 - 12:45 Lunch (pack-up style - sandwich, fruit, crisps, cold drink) 12:45 - 14:00 physical activity session 2 14:00 pick up or return to Sudbury bus station by minibus
