A summary

Sessions will be a mixture of small sided games and and more specific technique based drills. They will be age appropriate and our coaches are very experienced at delivering accessible sessions which benefit all participants. We use our framework of physical development through the sport of basketball Sessions will be tailored to match the needs of the group and is based on trying anew things whether this is the sport of basketball for the first time or specifics within the game. There is also a social development side of the game as participants will be asked to work together and with other young people they haven’t met before We concentrate on the enjoyment of the sport and letting young people have a say in what activities are undertaken within sessions which allows them to develop leadership skills.
