Junior Gym (Ages 11–16)
Junior Gym is a supervised gym session designed specifically for young people aged 11–16. It provides a safe, welcoming environment where teenagers can learn how to exercise correctly, build confidence, and develop healthy habits for life.

Lunch provision
As part of the session, every young person will receive a packed lunch to enjoy afterwards, helping to refuel after exercise and support a healthy, active lifestyle.
