A summary

Climbing Hut is a Bouldering-only indoor climbing centre. Bouldering is climbing short distances over matting and is suited to all ages and abilities. Our full day provision from is 9.30am-4.30pm for those aged 7-16years. We offer a day of climbing, building skills and confidence through games, challenges and coaching. Our day also includes arts, crafts and board games and a healthy lunch. Make new friends and learn some new skills! Our coaches will guide you on and off the walls.

Climbing for all ages and abilities

Climbing Hut is an indoor climbing centre in Ellesmere Port. Our Ethos; 'Inspiring a healthier lifestyle and the next generation of climbers in our community in a safe and sustainable way'. We are Bouldering specific which is climbing short distances over matting, there are no ropes or harnesses and our walls are suitable for all ages and abilities. (Holiday Club is age 7+ specific.)

What we'll do

You'll arrive and check in to the centre and we will introduce you to the group for the day. Once the whole group has arrived, we will do a safety briefing and make sure everybody knows what to expect for the day. We'll get everybody started with some warm-up exercises before guiding you on our walls, building your confidence and climbing skills. Throughout the day there will be time for rest breaks, arts, crafts, board and roleplaying games as well as plenty of climbing, challenges and team games. Lunch is served on our platform over looking the walls. As our day comes to the end, you can work with your instructor to create a climbing project to come back to for future visits and you can take part in some calmer activities to help wind down for home time.

Cancellation Policy

HAF bookings do not require refunds, however places are limited, you are required to cancel if you can no longer attend your booked place. It is vital that we are able to offer your place to another family if you can no longer attend. Where possible, cancellations should be notified in advance. Failure to cancel your place may result us being unable to offer you future places.

My experience consists of a leisure activity, on a specific date(s), and therefore the 14-day ‘cooling off period’ under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply.
