More information
Equipment: A harness will be provided as this is an essential piece of equipment. We have climbing shoes available to hire for £4 a pair, but trainers are absolutely fine to wear. What to wear: No skirts, dresses or short shorts. Wear something that is not restrictive and allows you to move freely and comfortably. Leggings and joggers are perfect. If wearing your own trainers, try to choose ones that have a thin and grippy sole. Food and drink: There will be a lunch break mid way through where lunch is provided. A water bottle might be useful, but if not we can provide water and squash.

Aim 2
Strength and Endurance: We will assist children in improving their physical fitness by developing strength, flexibility, and endurance through climbing activities.
Aim 4
Confidence building: We support children in gaining confidence in their abilities by setting achievable goals and giving positive reinforcement throughout their progress.
