A summary
Welcome to our HAF Boxing School Holiday Club: a high-energy, confidence-building experience where young people stay active, fuel their bodies well and have a brilliant time doing it. Across the programme, children learn real boxing skills in an England Boxing Affiliated Club - a safe and structured environment. Sessions include footwork drills, skipping, pad work, bag work and fun fitness challenges designed to build coordination, resilience and self-belief. Discipline and respect are core values, helping young people develop focus and teamwork alongside their physical fitness. We balance hard work with plenty of fun. Weather permitting, we head to the park for football, games and fresh air. We also create space for recovery, using short mindset sessions or positive affirmations when needed. Nutrition is a key part of the camp. We focus on healthy eating that supports energy, mood, behaviour and performance, while encouraging positive conversations around food. It’s more than a holiday club - it’s movement, mentorship and community.

Brennan's Gym is the Home of The Barn Boxing Club. We believe that boxing is more than just a sport - it's a platform for positive change. Our club is at the heart of the community, using boxing & physical activities to build confidence, install discipline & support physical and mental wellbeing. We provide a safe & welcoming space where people of all ages can develop respect, resilience and self belief. Through structured training, mentorship & strong role models, we help young people & adults grow both inside and outside of the club.
What you'll need
Please bring: - Comfortable clothes suitable for exercise - Clean trainers for indoor use - Weather-appropriate clothing (we may head to the park for games or football) We provide: - Boxing gloves - Hand wraps - Mouth guards - Water - A nutritious lunch
