A summary
Our fun-filled gymnastics day runs from 9am to 2pm and includes a full day of activity for children.
We begin at 9am with registration, followed by a group warm-up. Children will then be split into smaller groups to rotate around the different equipment, which includes: floor, vault, beam, bar, air track, and trampoline. We finish the day with a cool-down before pick-up at 2pm. Children will have a break for lunch (we will provide).
What to bring:
A refillable water bottle
A pair of socks (in case the trampoline is used)
Hair must be tied up
Please remove all earrings and jewellery before attending
