What we'll do

Flip Into Fun This Summer! Get ready for an action-packed summer at our Gymnastics Adventure Camp, designed for children aged 5–12! This dynamic camp offers an exciting mix of gymnastics, trampolining, sports acrobatics, tumbling, and even circus arts — perfect for energetic kids who love to move, jump, and explore new skills. Campers will also enjoy dance sessions, creative arts and crafts, and team-building games in a fun, supportive environment led by experienced coaches and enthusiastic staff. Whether your child is a budding gymnast or just loves to stay active, our camp promises a summer full of movement, creativity, and unforgettable memories!

At Tees Valley we offer a variety of classes from 12 months old, they are for all abilities, whether you want to just come once a week for fun or 5 times a week like our Elite Acrobats! WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF GYMNASTICS? Physical Health? Engaging in gymnastics enhances your strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination. It also promotes the development of strong bones through weight-bearing exercises. Mental Health? Gymnastics can boost your concentration and mood whilst lowering the risk of depression. Additionally, it fosters self-discipline, helping you persist in new activities and manage your behaviour. Social Skills? Participating in gymnastics allows you to meet new people, forge friendships, and learn to collaborate effectively as part of a team. Spatial Awareness? Gymnastics improves your understanding of your surroundings, which can be beneficial for navigating your environment. Good Posture? This sport helps you build the strength necessary for maintaining good posture, which can prevent habits like slouching. Goal Setting? Gymnastics teaches you the valuable skill of setting and writing down goals, enabling you to focus on turning them into reality.

Learning aims

Aim 1

Develop Physical Skills and Coordination: Improve strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination through trying trampolining, tumbling, and sports acrobatics.

Aim 2

Build Confidence and Self-Esteem: mastering new skills and performing in a safe environment, children will gain confidence and take pride in their progress and achievements.

Aim 3

Teamwork and Creativity: through group activities like dance, circus arts, and arts and crafts, kids will enhance their creativity and ability to collaborate with peers.
