A summary
When you arrive at the centre, please pass your name on to whomever is at Reception and they will direct to the changing facilities.
Once changed please make your way onto poolside, when a lifeguard is present, and wait for the arrival of your Swimming Teacher, who will direct you to the appropriate group for swimming lesson based on prior ability. (NO prior swimming knowledge or skill is require)
The session consists of a 30 minute Swim Lesson followed by a 30 minute Play Session.
Parents/Guardians must accompany their child/children at all times through this session to be eligible.

Teens can also take part in gym-based sessions designed specifically for youth, as well as football activities that encourage teamwork, fitness, and fun.
