Trails & Teamwork: Cycling, Hiking and Outdoor Games
Join us every Tuesday for an exciting day of cycling, nature exploration, and team sports! Depending on ability and preference, young people can choose between cycling adventure trails or supported nature walks through some of Northamptonshire’s most scenic green spaces. Our trained staff will guide small groups along accessible tracks and woodland paths, encouraging confidence, independence, and fun in the outdoors.
In the afternoon, we wind down with inclusive team sports and group games, giving everyone a chance to connect, collaborate, and enjoy friendly physical activity in a supportive environment.
It’s a fantastic way to stay active, discover new places, and enjoy nature—while building fitness, friendships, and confidence along the way.

This activity takes place at different outdoor locations across Northamptonshire, so we provide transport to keep it simple and accessible for families. Our team will meet all participants at 9:00am at the Racecourse Pavilion, Kettering Rd, Northampton NN1 4LG where our minibus will be ready to go. We’ll return to the same location for pick-up at 3:00pm.
This shared meeting point helps us bring the group together before heading out to explore the countryside and riverside sites that make this programme so special.
