To Provide stimulating safe play activities.

Greenford Community Centre Summer Playscheme

We deliver an environmentally friendly fun planned activities where children learn through play and interact with each other and adults. We have use of indoor and outdoor space during the 4 weeks of summer, four days a week. We provide a healthy breakfast and have a healthy snack daily with a cooking activity which the children enjoy. We have bouncy castle, bikes, sand, water, arts & crafts, swing ball, tennis snooker and football.

Learning aims

Aim 1

To support children in independently selecting activities that interest them, encouraging meaningful engagement, and positive interactions with their peers.

Aim 2

To promote children’s confidence and self-esteem by encouraging positive interactions and effective communication with peers and adults.

Aim 3

To provide opportunities for children to develop cooking skills in a safe environment, promoting awareness of health, hygiene, and safety practices.
