What we'll do
Our Ofsted-registered Holiday Activity Camps provide high-quality, enriching childcare for children aged 5–15, designed to keep them active, engaged, and inspired throughout the school holidays. We deliver a diverse and exciting programme that combines outdoor adventure with creative and educational activities, ensuring there is something for every child, regardless of ability or experience. Children take part in a wide range of activities including watersports such as kayaking, canoeing, paddleboarding, and raft building at our coastal sites, alongside land-based activities such as climbing, archery, axe throwing, bushcraft, fire lighting, orienteering, multi-sports, and STEM challenges. Our sessions are carefully structured to promote enjoyment, participation, and progression, giving children the opportunity to try new experiences, develop existing skills, and discover new interests in a supportive environment. All activities are delivered by experienced, qualified, and DBS-checked staff who are trained in safeguarding, first aid, and activity-specific instruction. We maintain appropriate staff-to-child ratios and adapt activities to meet the needs of all participants, including those with additional needs or lower confidence levels. Our focus is on creating a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to take part. A key part of our provision is supporting children’s physical and mental wellbeing. Through active play, teamwork, and outdoor learning, children build resilience, confidence, communication skills, and independence. We place a strong emphasis on positive relationships, encouraging children to work together, make new friends, and develop social skills that extend beyond the camp environment. As part of the HAF programme, we provide nutritious meals each day, ensuring children are well-fuelled for a full day of activity. We also promote healthy lifestyles through education around nutrition, hydration, and physical activity, helping children to make positive choices that support their overall wellbeing. Our camps are designed not just as childcare, but as an opportunity for personal development. Every session is built around our core ethos of helping children to “Do More, Be More” – encouraging them to step outside their comfort zones, build confidence, and achieve things they may not have thought possible. Whether it’s paddling on the water for the first time, climbing to new heights, or working as part of a team to complete a challenge, we celebrate every success and support every child’s journey. We work closely with families, schools, and local communities to ensure our provision meets the needs of the children we serve. Our goal is to create a positive, memorable holiday experience that supports children’s development, wellbeing, and happiness, leaving them excited to return and continue their adventure with us.

Our Approach to Inclusion & SEND
We are committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming environment where every child feels valued, supported, and able to take part fully in our activities. We recognise that every child is different, and we adapt our provision to meet a wide range of needs, including children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Our experienced team works closely with families and carers to understand each child’s individual needs, preferences, and any support strategies that help them thrive. Where appropriate, we gather information in advance to ensure we are fully prepared and can put the right support in place from the moment they arrive. Activities are designed to be flexible and adaptable. We offer clear instructions, visual demonstrations, and step-by-step guidance to help children feel confident and understand what is expected. Tasks can be modified to suit different abilities, ensuring that every child can participate at a level that is appropriate and enjoyable for them. We focus on encouragement and positive reinforcement, helping children build confidence and experience success. We maintain supportive staff-to-child ratios and ensure our team is trained in safeguarding, behaviour management, and inclusive practice. Whilst we cannot offer 1:1 for children with EHCP's, our staff are approachable, patient, and skilled at building positive relationships, creating an environment where children feel safe to express themselves and try new things. We also recognise the importance of routine and structure. Our days follow a consistent format, helping children feel secure and understand what is coming next. Quiet spaces and opportunities for downtime are available for children who may need a break from busy activities. Our goal is to remove barriers to participation and ensure that all children, regardless of background or need, can access high-quality holiday provision. We work hard to create a space where every child can develop confidence, build friendships, and feel proud of what they achieve — truly supporting them to “Do More, Be More.”
