A summary
Pokémon TCG Easter Holiday Session (Ages 11–17) Join us for an action-packed Pokémon Trading Card Game session designed for young Trainers of all experience levels — whether you're brand new to the game or already building competitive decks. This session is all about energy, creativity, and community. Throughout the afternoon, players can: Battle Tables – Structured play areas for friendly matches and mini challenges. Gym Challenge – Win battles to earn Gym Badges and prove your skill. Trading Area – A supervised space to safely trade cards and grow your collection. Deck Building Zone – Build or improve your deck with guidance and ideas. Pokémon Centre (Help Station) – Get support with rules, strategy tips, and deck advice. Pokémon Painting & Creative Corner – Take a break from battling and get artistic. Show & Tell & Memorabilia – Bring along your favourite cards, graded slabs, or Pokémon treasures to share with the group. Easter PokéHunt – Search the centre and gardens for hidden Pokémon, exchange these for a chocolate egg! Trainer Fuel (Lunch Provided!) We’ll be providing a healthy and delicious lunch to keep everyone energised for battle. Expect nutritious, trainer-approved food to power up your performance — think less Potion, more Sitrus Berry. (No need to bring a packed lunch — just bring your appetite!) Our aim is to create a welcoming, high-energy environment where young people can build confidence, make friends, and deepen their love for Pokémon. Whether you want to battle, trade, create, or simply connect with other fans — there’s something here for every Trainer. Bring your deck, your best strategy, and your Pokémon spirit! PLEASE NOTE; Godalming Youth Service is part of Godalming Town Council. Because of this, only residents of Godalming's neighbourhoods (eg: Farncombe, Aaron's Hill, Godalming Central, Ockford Ridge, Busbridge) will be allocated places. For young people wanting to access our activities for the first time, we will ask that they attend a Broadwater Youth Centre based day BEFORE accepting any bookings for a youth day out. Further details of Town Council's Parish boundaries are available here: https://godalming-tc.gov.uk/town-council-overview/ We also welcome young people from the following surrounding areas outside our Parish boundaries: Witley, Milford, Compton.
