A summary
Looking for something different that builds skills and confidence? Project 180 is a unique 6‑week darts programme delivered by GM Darts in partnership with Salford Community Leisure’s Active Communities Team, designed to support young people academically and personally through the sport of darts. Every session is designed to build confidence, focus and real‑world maths skills in a way young people actually enjoy. Players are constantly adding and subtracting scores, making quick decisions and planning finishes while having fun. Alongside the numbers, the sessions will help young people develop social skills. The sessions are designed to support patience and turn‑taking, to win and lose and how to communicate with their peers. The programme will have clear milestones and children will be rewarded throughout the six week programme with certificates to celebrate their effort and improvement.
