Grab a paint brush and a canvas and get creative, be present and mindful in the moment! Interact with others like minded people and make new connections! Relax with face masks and a hot chocolate/herbal tea, before totally unwinding in to a guided group hypnosis, leave feeling totally calm and relax starting your weekend the right way! Paint, eat and relax. Welcome to come in comfortable clothing or your pj’s.
