Unleash the Power Within! Join our exhilarating Boxercise Taster Session, designed to empower and build the skills and confidence of young girls. This session will be welcoming, non-judgemental, and relaxed.
Led by an experienced boxing instructor, this session is not just about punches and jabs; it's a journey of empowerment, strength, and confidence-building.
This session will involve hitting focus pads and will not involve hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.
Boxing gloves will be provided.
Please bring a bottle of water.
