Girls Boxing Camp:
GIRLS ages: 7 to 16 year olds
Unleash the Power Within! Join our exhilarating Boxercise Sessions, designed to empower and build the skills and confidence of young girls. These session will be welcoming, non-judgmental, and relaxed.
Led by a professional boxing instructor, this session is not just about punches and jabs; it's a journey of empowerment, strength, and confidence-building.
This session will involve hitting focus pads and will not involve hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.
DATE: Saturdays
TIME: 11am till 12.30pm
VENUE: Yuvanis Foundation, Middleton Road, OL9 6JN
Gloves provided (however better to bring own gloves)
Please bring a bottle of water.
